The breakfast was good and plentiful, the location is semi‑central, and the bed with a Dorelan mattress was super comfortable; I would improve the elevators, one is old and the other is broken.

The rooms were clean and fairly new, but it was quite noisy coming from the street when the windows were open; walking to the city takes 25 minutes, the bus also departs right outside the door, and across the street there’s a tasty trattoria for a quick bite.

Everything was normal; the room was small but well organized and tidy, the breakfast was great, the staff were attentive, and the parking was also good.
