The hotel was really fine. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, pools, and the beach just across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially mr Medi who was our guest experience host in Windham travel & leisure team was extra ordinary. Medi gave very good advice regarding day trips, he organised boat tickets for us and transportation. And when in the aftermath of the earthquake smaller earthquakes took place, he contacted us to reassure we were okay (we were on a boat that day). Many thanks to Medi!. The place was really fine, and the beach is great. But Kuta region has become crowded and droving anywhere takes a long time

The staff were kind and friendly, which helped make the stay bearable. Unfortunately, the resort was in the middle of a major renovation, so it was dusty. The swimming pool had broken tiles, and my room cost SGD 100 plus per night.
