This is actually my third stay here! The location is excellent, right next to the LRT and Petaling Street Chinatown. Everyone on the staff is super friendly, letting us leave luggage before check‑in and even after check‑out, and on a rainy day they gave us free umbrellas—thoughtful! I’ll definitely come back.

The location was great and they provide purified water at the lobby for guests, but you can literally hear mice/rodents running and scratching on the ceiling all night—imagine one dropping on your bed in the middle of the night. The air conditioner is in a weird position, so the room isn’t cold enough. The rooms weren’t clean enough when I checked in, and the door got stuck during check‑in.

Posizione ottima! Letto e cuscini confortevoli, personale gentile. La stanza non era particolarmente pulita, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio morto appena entrati in bagno. Poco spazio e camera senza finestra, il condizionatore spara l'aria in faccia e di notte non è piacevole, il quadro elettrico era rumoroso
