The place is perfect for relaxing in central Trapani. The owner is very nice and cheerful, helpful and efficient. The room is air‑conditioned with a street‑side balcony. Breakfast and coffee are very good. The room is well‑maintained and clean.
“Fabulous stay in a stunning city with an excellent host!”
Paola was a fabulous host, giving us loads of information about restaurants and sights to visit in Trapani. The breakfast host was very kind and served us a lovely Italian breakfast! The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
The hotel felt cozy, spotless, close to the city center and the harbor, and the garden where breakfast was served was very pleasant and well taken care of; the staff were perfect.
The room was great, clean, and had a nice high ceiling. Breakfast was tailored to our preferences, whether sweet or savory. We noticed a difference between the lady (Paola?) and the gentleman who prepared breakfast; the gentleman paid more attention to details. Both were good and it was nice to sit outside. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to eat, so you don’t have to go to the center at all. Even nice shops are in the area. It still feels a bit impersonal (though I understand why) when you’re greeted and explained over the phone. The explanation was complete. Also, it feels a bit like living in ‘rooms’ with a shared fridge in the kitchen, which gives plenty of space to cool your stuff compared to some mini‑bars. However, it feels slightly less private. Two nights were fine for us, but not for a longer stay. That’s personal and has nothing to do with hospitality.
The owners were friendly and the place was clean, but the breakfast was a bit thin and there was no elevator to reach the building.
