“Beautiful”

We spent two nights as a family in two rooms and were very satisfied with everything. The breakfast was tasty, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel works well for both business and leisure. As a halal hotel, I was uncomfortable when some guests wore provocative clothing at breakfast; my parents‑in‑law, who are very religious, felt uneasy. It would help if the hotel could better manage this, perhaps by reminding guests not to wear provocative attire, since there are elderly Muslim families and children present.

The view was lovely, the room was clean, the rooftop restaurant was great, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is a bit remote, but not too wild if you know the bus system and such.

The hotel lives up to its high status and impeccable reputation; we had a wonderful time. The rooms are tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, with premium furniture and amazing panoramic sea views. The service is top‑class: staff work professionally, are proactive, and resolve any issues quickly. The restaurant kitchen deserves the highest praise—the breakfasts are varied and very high quality. It’s a perfect spot for business trips or premium holidays in Mersin.

“Good”

The hotel was close to everything and the reception staff was amazing, but when I requested room cleaning at 11 am it wasn’t delivered, and I had to ask for towels three times before they finally brought them.
