“Excellent boutique hotel by the beach, for a spacious comfortable stay, with the kindest staff”

The hotel manager was fantastic, welcoming us and always ready to give suggestions, arrange taxis, or just listen to our day. Everyone we spoke to was also very friendly. The hotel is a bit out of town, but it has its own beach access that we used for a couple of swims. The infinity pool is lovely, as is the bar/restaurant next to it, with great sunsets as the name suggests. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable, with every amenity we could want. The hotel had very few guests, probably because our stay was a bit off‑season, so we were probably spoiled even more.

The hotel is wonderful. The manager was attentive and the staff very friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms were fantastic! I love that it's not a huge hotel. You do need transportation; nothing is within walking distance. Frigate Bay is a popular spot, but it takes about a 20‑minute drive even though it's a short distance.

“We had a lovely few days at the Sunset Reef Hotel, the staff were really attentive and the location gave easy access to”

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with our room, views, and food all exceeding our expectations. The hotel team was incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mentions going to Natasha and Joel, who truly made our stay special. However, the beach was still recovering from a previous storm, and the weather meant that some of the beach and cliffside facilities weren't available.

“Hotel molto curato ma non basta”

The rooms and staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, living up to the hotel's high standards. The bathroom was enormous, and the pool was beautiful. However, the hotel's design left much to be desired, with rooms lined up in a row and a lack of privacy, especially for those with a balcony. The "private" balcony with sunset views was also a letdown, as it required a detour to access.

“A perfect place for a low-key, luxurious vacation”

I'm still reeling from the sheer perfection of this hotel - everything from the cleanliness to the staff's kindness and the delicious food was top-notch. It's hard to find anything to complain about when everything is just so wonderful.
