“Located just across from the central station in Naples. The room was very clean and comfortable”

The location was ideal for our onward travel, and the room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, complete with a balcony right outside the door. However, the room was on the 8th floor, and the elevator that reaches only the 7th floor required 20‑cent coins. We didn’t review the instructions on how to use it beforehand, which would have helped; the staff explained everything once we got there.

“Ideal budget accommodation in perfect location for easy access to train station and bus to airport”

The location and price were great, and the host communicated well. The coin‑operated lift was odd, but the host let us know about it and left a few coins for us, so it worked out fine.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The owner was quick to respond when we struggled to locate the place, since Google Maps was unhelpful. When we reached the front door, several men were loitering outside, and after we unlocked it they let themselves in, which was unsettling.
