There was no microwave, no toaster, no hair dryer, the bathroom washbasin had no hot water, and the tap was very difficult to use.

“Not the Ritz but comfortable”

The room could fit three adults, the beds were warm and comfortable, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The property was very basic, needed renovation and updating, and had a slightly funky old smell when you entered the room.

The bed was very comfortable, and the linen and towels were excellent. There was no microwave in the room, but a community kitchen was available.

Nothing. Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return ( Unfriendly host, smelly & dirty room, noise throughout the night and sleepless night) We stayed at Narooma Motel recently, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Check-in set the tone for the stay. The male host at reception was not friendly at all — no smile, no warmth. We tried to make conversation and bring some positive energy to the interaction, but it was met with a flat, indifferent response. A little hospitality goes a long way, and it was sorely missing here. The room itself was in very poor condition overall. On top of that, it was extremely stinky — there was a mouldy /dampness odour in the main part of the room and strong urine odour throughout, bathroom which made it hard to feel comfortable or settled. Sleep was virtually impossible. Throughout the night, plumbing noise from other guests using their bathroom facilities carried right through the walls. Then, in the early morning, heavy vehicle traffic on the road added to the disturbance. Between the two, we barely slept a wink the entire night. This was our first time staying at Narooma Motel, and it will also be our last. We can't recommend it based on our experience
