This guy Jim marketed it as an oasis, but it turned out to be a dump house in a dump neighborhood. He never called me with an access code; instead he texted me with my wrong phone number, claiming he’d called, then later texted the correct number. He’s a scammer using fake references.

Everything was amazing, so I have nothing to complain about.

The location was nice, but the people in the room with their own bathroom (not sure if they lived there or were the owner’s or renting; I think they were in the yellow room) stayed up all night with the TV loud. They didn’t sleep at all, talked loudly, sounded like they were arguing, and the man kept cussing. The blankets, sheets, and pillowcases didn’t smell clean, and I didn’t like having to share the bathroom.

Everything was flawless, no complaints at all, and everything was amazing.
