The hotel sits on the Atlantic, but the reception offered us the worst room; we had to intervene and demand a better one. The building shows more than 10 years of renovation backlog, and everything was dirty—room, balcony, bathroom, breakfast area. The price‑value ratio was poor.

The view from the room and the restaurant was exceptional, the staff were friendly, but an elevator would have been welcome. The breakfast buffet was minimalistic and only opened from 8 am.

The room had a beautiful sea view, was spacious with a small balcony, the bed was super comfortable, the restaurant was good, the staff were very kind and helpful, and parking was free a short walk away, but there was no elevator.

The location, great view, good welcome, excellent front‑of‑house staff, and a great chef in the kitchen were positives, but the room was fine and could use a refresh; the phone was out of order and the bathroom felt a bit outdated with hot and cold reversed.
