When I arrived, I would have rated it 6/10 because the room felt like a tropical heatwave while it was only 22°C outside, and the walls rattled every time a neighbor flushed. The real nightmare hit when I discovered bedbugs everywhere—on the beds, on the walls, literally everywhere. I went to the front desk to request an immediate room change, but they said no other rooms were available and that I’d have to wait until the morning to see the manager. I spent a sleepless night, and when the morning came, they told me the manager wouldn’t be there all day and that I should email them. I’m not a hotel professional, but when a serious hotel faces a catastrophic situation, they should offer a room at another hotel, not say “sorry, I can’t do anything, my boss is sleeping” or “surely you didn’t bring them in?” This was a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic hygiene and safety standards. I expect a full refund and compensation for the damage to my health, the emergency decontamination costs I incurred on my return. Avoid this place.

Matelas confortable et personnel agréable . Changement de serviette de toilette tous les jours et ménage fait tous les jours. Ascenseur jusqu'au 4eme, chambre au 6eme étage. Nous étions installés dans une chambre de bonne sans clim, juste un ventilateur portatif. Le lit etait placé sous la poutre, je me suis taper la poutre dans la nuit sur la place de gauche dans le lit double. Les toilettes et le lavabo etait d'une proximité extrême, je pouvais presque boire l'eau au robinet et etre assise sur les toilettes en même temps (voir photo). Une personne de forte corpulence ne peut pas aller au toilette. Les photos booking ne sont pas du tout représentatif de l'établissement. Petit déjeuner, très léger, pas de beurre pendant 2jours. Heureusement que 2nuit dans l'hôtel, surtout a ce prix
