The room was small, dated, hot, infested with bugs and spiders, and the hallways were dark and unsafe at night. There was no 24‑hour front desk, and Manager Robyn was extremely rude and unprofessional—she called me, harassed, insulted, and called me a scammer for politely asking for an extra fan and help fixing a broken microwave, then accused me of fabricating complaints. She told me to let my kids eat cold food instead. I explained my kids’ medical issue with the heat but she refused to help. She claimed she drove 10 miles to fix a broken fan and threatened to report my account to your booking platform to get me banned. The phone threats were witnessed by my kids and left me emotionally distressed and unable to sleep.

Overall it was fine, decent location. It felt more like a motel than a hotel.
