Two weeks in a row at this hotel, and one of my colleagues had to beg for a television, sheets, and towels. The housekeeping never did a single cleaning during the week, which was a disgrace, and the breakfast was non‑existent—no orange juice at all, never again.

I got there at 22:00 and tried to check in with my booking number, but the system refused it and told me to try using my name. That also failed, saying no such booking existed. I then walked to two nearby hotels that had front desks, but both were fully booked and had no rooms left. I’d been driving all day and was exhausted, so I went back to my car and slept in the passenger seat. Very dissatisfied.
