The view was very good, and housekeeping cleaned the rooms very well; the breakfast could be better but was acceptable. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t work in some rooms.

The staff were very pleasant, especially Yerakli who welcomed us with a warm smile. They cleaned the rooms daily and brought fresh water bottles. There’s a 24/7 supermarket downstairs. Breakfast in the dining room was mediocre at best; it’s better to eat at nearby restaurants.

We spent an unforgettable time at The Grandeur Hotel in Batumi, booking seven rooms for our group and everything turned out perfectly. The hotel is luxurious, stylish, and incredibly clean, with huge, spacious rooms that were impeccably prepared for check‑in. The real gem, however, is the amazing team of professionals who made our stay flawless; a special thank you to Okro, Levan, Ramo, Kristi, and Anri for their attentive, hospitable, and responsive service.
