“Great stay in Como”
The room was spacious and in a convenient town location, easy to find and access the key. The only drawback was that we only had a sheet, no blanket, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment matched the photos exactly and the location was fantastic. I was grateful for the surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The only problem was the lack of a full-length mirror and the awkward step up into the bathroom.

The décor had an old style, it was in the center, and quiet. However, it was dusty, had limited hot water, and came with little toilet paper.

The central location, perfect room, large bathroom, and various amenities like coffee and mineral water were great. What really impressed me was the staff—young, very helpful, full of advice, and even after checkout you could use their shower for a pre-departure rinse.

A beautiful apartment in a superb location in Como city. It felt like a medieval banquet hall, which was nice. The staff were very helpful and the check-in system/key safe was simple. It was great to leave our bags and wander the city before check-in. The downside was that on both mornings we were woken by heavy water pouring from the front balcony above; we thought it was raining but the pavement outside was dry except right in front of the apartment.
