The lobby looked stylish and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the view. Getting around was convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station nearby. It would have been nicer to have a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room.

The hotel is pretty, newly renovated, close to transport, in a nice area, quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the door couldn’t be left open, the room felt a bit cold, the heating vent blew air without warmth, and one receptionist was a little arrogant.

We’ve stayed at Ibis in other cities before, and it delivered the expected format. It’s close to the West Brompton metro stop and takes you straight into the city center. The breakfast selection is large, with every dish fitting an English breakfast, and we could leave our luggage in the storage there. Everything was fine, but the small towel was a bit lacking and there was no shelf to put clothes on, which is also missing at other Ibis locations.

The staff were excellent, letting us check in early so we could drop off our luggage. The room was clean and the location was great. You can’t go wrong here; it’s always reliable and what you see is what you get. The only downside is the lack of a fridge in the room, which is annoying, and the breakfast is pricey and not worth it for us.

Удобное расположение, рядом кофейни, вежливый персонал, чисто, тихо, регулярная уборка в номере. На завтраке отсутствует альтернатива свинине для тех, кто не ест свинину. Было бы отлично иметь в ассортименте курицу либо говядину
