“Bad”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, not only did I have to endure extremely hot water, but the service was also subpar. To make matters worse, I felt that the price was exorbitant considering the lack of quality I experienced. Overall, my experience was marred by poor service and overpricing.

Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel cancelled my reservation hours before my arrival, leaving me without accommodation after a long journey. The staff's treatment was appalling, as they claimed they wouldn't honor my reservation, which was extremely frustrating.

I was dismayed when the hotel failed to respect my reservation, but fortunately, they eventually found me an even better alternative at Casa Ascencio. I had to insist and refuse to leave until they resolved the issue. Although the receptionist was friendly and didn't deserve the blame for the administration's mistakes, the overall experience was tainted by the hotel's failure to honor my booking.

“Robo”

My stay was a mixed bag, with the receptionist being friendly and helpful in solving problems. However, I was shocked to find that the hotel didn't have my room reserved, and I had to deal with a room that didn't have air conditioning, hot water, or comfortable beds. To add insult to injury, I was overcharged for an extra night, which was not only frustrating but also expensive, as I ended up paying 3600 for two nights when the room normally costs 1200 per night.
