The front desk staff were super friendly and handed us a bottle of H2O and a moon pie, and breakfast was fantastic! The shower faucet leaked and the coffee was cold, though.

Breakfast and the staff there were good, but everything else was broken: the indoor pool, hot tub, dryers, treadmills, and the drink machine at breakfast didn’t work. We spotted 4‑5 bugs in our room, which felt clean at first glance. The day‑shift front‑desk man was rude while the night‑shift lady was nice. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Gated parking existed but the gates stayed up all night, and the hotel doors were open, so security was lacking; the elevator looked dirty.

The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, the hotel was quiet, and the room’s spot was perfect; breakfast was great as always. However, the room was unclean and roaches were everywhere—one ran across the floor as soon as we opened the door, and there were roaches in the shower too. We didn’t complain because our HVAC had failed and we needed a place for the kids.
