No towels were provided, the front desk staff were rude, the maintenance man was unhelpful, and the housekeeper was also rude; there was no service or towels during my two‑night stay. The refrigerator was dirty with hair, the sheets were stained, the tub was nasty and filthy, and the only things that worked were the TV, microwave, and fridge.

I booked from Austin, Texas, and upon arrival I had to wait two hours for anyone to attend to me; when they finally handed me the key I was dissatisfied and they refused to give me a refund. It took only ten minutes to see the issue, yet they still won’t return my money.
