“Passable”
The location is ideal, you can walk around District 1 right from the hotel, the staff are welcoming, the wifi works well, and the air‑conditioning is fine. I was assigned a room on the top floor, but the room was not in great condition: the bathroom was precarious, the fridge leaked, and when I went to bed I noticed that the sheets had been changed but were still very dirty, with a duvet cover full of hair and fur. They came to replace them even though it was late, but the new sheets were not great either (no duvet cover) and the bath towels were stained. Overall it wasn’t cheap, but I would have preferred to pay a bit more for better service.
