The location and facilities are very pretty, but there is no beach setup—no chairs or anything, and they don’t make use of the natural surroundings. The room was nice, the bed was good, the linens and pillows were fine, and the amenities were good.

The breakfast was superb, first day as an open buffet and the rest by request, all included with the booking. Variety was great, everything spotless, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, keeping communication clear and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality lifted the whole experience, and the hotel offered free sauna, pool, parking, a campfire night, fishing gear, and other activities that added great value. The only downside was the house feeling a bit cramped, the second‑floor bedroom requiring a steep climb, and the bed not being very comfortable, which made it hard to sleep well.

Only the scenery was worth mentioning. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation was cancelled, even though it was confirmed on the booking site, and the receptionist said I was lucky to have found a spot, treating guests inconsistently. The common areas were extremely dirty, in disrepair, and the staff were unhelpful when I asked for sauna assistance, which I never used. The amenities were basic, no internet, and the price felt high for what was offered. Children were riding quad bikes at high speed around the property.

The staff were spectacular—very polite, available, and friendly, which left me delighted. The cleanliness of all areas—bathrooms, restaurants, and the room—also stood out.

“Ótimo lugar”

The place is very pretty! However, there was no Wi‑Fi in the chalet, and the pool was under maintenance without any prior notice.
