The location is unbeatable: the tram stop is just 30 m away and all the museums are a 5‑minute walk. The reception was a disappointment, with a rude front‑desk clerk who seemed annoyed when we asked about the noisy air‑conditioning (which had water‑pipe sounds) and the Wi‑Fi code that wasn’t on the key‑card map. The room, a tiny 401 under the roof, leaked water from the window when it rained hard, creating a puddle on the wooden sill, but the bathroom was clean and pleasant. We stayed four nights here and honestly it doesn’t justify the €200/night with breakfast included.
