“Helt OK med sentral men litt dodgy beliggenhet, for små senget.”
Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Store rom (etter oppgradering). For dårlig informasjon om sengestørrelse. Bare frokost for 2, selv med booking for 4

Location is great. Apart from the location the Hotel is very outdated and has old instalations. Also the staff was not very helpful with such things as charging to store bags and packages

Great location for Penn station and Maddison Square Gardens. Very small dated en-suite. No tea/coffee making facilities. Poor breakfast choice. Over priced

It is in a very good location, close by to all the places we needed to go. I stay here just about every year, usually it’s decent. This year, the service I received was bad. Anytime I tried to call reception for more towels/blankets, they didn’t answer. I called 5 times over the course of an hour on the first night while getting ready for dinner and no one answered. I had to go down and ask someone if the phone worked (they do). Reception apologized and said they would send someone up right away with towels and blankets. Over an hour later, I had to call again (someone answered this time) and reminded them. Eventually they are sent up, but it’s just the towels so I had to ask a nearby housekeeper for blankets. I think it’s just a fluke, must be short staffed for that night, but then it happened two more times! Three days in a row, my whole trip. I wouldn’t have had to keep asking for blankets/towels if they stayed in my room during room servicing. Then, on the last day I’m staying it’s raining and staff member is aggressively directing everyone to put their umbrellas in plastic. I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want to waste the plastic and try to tell the staff member that I’m going to stay outside instead. She ripped the umbrella out of my hand and put it in plastic before I could even finish a sentence. It was so incredibly rude to take my item out of my hand. I can understand she likely didn’t want to risk me making a mess of her lobby, but she could’ve waited .4 seconds. When I told her “I didn’t want to do that, I was going to go back outside…” she just looked at me for a second before going to the next persons umbrella. I also think the rooms are not as cared for as they have been in years past. I know the hotel is a bit old and the room are dated, which usually I find charming. But there was so much dust on the windowsill, windows, and curtains on my room it looked like it had never been cleaned. Some of the bathroom looked not clean as well, like faucets and the shower head
