Frankston, known as the Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, offers nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, including the Peninsula Hot Springs, 40 minutes away.

The location was bad, the bed was too hard, and the neighbours were noisy.

Always exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable, even though the bathrooms feel a bit dated. Great place to stay.

The room was neat and tidy. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge, and they even gave us milk. The pool was clean. However, the hotel seems to cater to a wide variety of guests. Many people were smoking outside their rooms, some were arguing loudly, and there were loud voices around 11 pm.

The spot was spot on, the place was spotless and the bed was super comfy.
