This place is new, stylish, and modern. It is run by a nice guy, and we also met his charming sister who is the architect. She said they are going to start building more rooms in the next few weeks. The view is absolutely spectacular; we made sure to be there for the sunset and it was so worth it. The room itself is very comfortable and well‑designed. The shower is fantastic. We also had an Italian‑style breakfast on the terrace (for extra fee), and it was very tasty and the value for money is great. We loved everything about this place! Highly recommended!

“Echt geweldig”

The whole accommodation is beautiful, with peace and a nice view. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It’s a good location for a visit to Orvieto and the surrounding area. The beds and blankets were a bit lacking.

It was unforgettable to have breakfast while viewing Orvieto. The rain shower alone wasn’t very practical for bathing my one‑year‑old son.

The views were gorgeous and the place was quiet, making it ideal for a romantic escape where I felt completely alone. Leonardo was friendly and answered all our questions, even preparing a tasty breakfast for us. Getting to Orvieto by car from there was very convenient. The apartment was comfortable and included a kitchen. The only downside was the mosquitoes that appeared after sunset and early in the morning; bringing insect spray is a must.
