The spot is spot-on, staff are friendly and helpful, coffee is great and varied, and the balcony rooms look gorgeous. The towels feel too thin and don't absorb well, and the sheets are worn.

I liked the staff service, the cleanliness, and the location. It sits on a central street, just a 10‑minute walk to the harbor for boat tours and 5 minutes from Praia Grande, which is beautiful and has a whale‑watching viewpoint. Restaurants and markets are nearby, and there's a fantastic pastry shop next door. Breakfast is excellent and varied.
