All the staff were friendly! We had a light bulb burn out and a corner of the carpet was bent up, which made me a fall risk. They sent someone right away and fixed it. I would have liked an extra blanket for the bed; they said I could come get one, but it was already dark and I didn’t go out.

I liked that the hotel was oceanfront. However, there were roaches in my room; I only stayed one night so I didn’t want to complain, but I killed three roaches during that night and looked forward to leaving in the morning.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and informative. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival and didn’t have to wait.

Location was ok. I payed extra for ocean view to get a room with a balcony full of palm trees. Also when we got there, there was throw up outside of the lobby & in the elevators. & when I did a claim they said staff was not allowed on floors at night time? To which I was in disbelief cause it was body liquid; to which is a hazard to people
