The location was perfect for our (football) trip to Liverpool. We were in the morning right in the build‑up of the match Liverpool would play that afternoon. Julie and her partner made our stay very pleasant, with a delicious English breakfast and enjoyable conversations.

Julie and Paula were the most delightful people, and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them as they prepared breakfast. They are gems! Street noise is a given on game day, but we found it enjoyable and a wonderful part of the experience! So fun seeing the crowds, buses, and players coming up and down the road.

As a single Mum going to a game with my two sons, I felt extremely safe staying in this property the two ladies made it feel so homely and safe, it was like we were staying with family.!! We travel to Liverpool games a lot and this was the best accommodation yet - i would highly recommend. It’s modern, Clean, safe and has a homely environment. The two ladies were amazing and the communication online was fantastic. We will be back ! Room No.7

The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. The location was sensational, especially with everyone walking by for the game, the bus, and the players. The only downside was the limited number of nearby restaurants, though a few were a short walk away.
