I liked that the staff were courteous and welcoming, the food was tasty, and the room was clean. But every two rooms is separated by a door, which compromises room security. There is no soundproofing, and we literally heard everything happening in the adjacent room—walking to the toilet, normal‑tone conversations, footsteps—all of it. The door also didn’t block street noise. Given the price we paid and the hotel’s rating, I expect privacy and quiet in the room.

“Perfect”

The rooms were spotless, the design was modern, the food tasted great, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. However, rooms by the pool can get noisy late at night because of nearby restaurants.

The place was spotlessly clean and the location was great, but I was disappointed that the rooms aren’t set up for triple occupancy. The third person had to sleep on a sofa, yet we still paid the full rate.

Easy to get to and they have parking, which was a big plus.

Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the staff were super polite and friendly. I hope they’re paid enough for all the hours they work. A huge shout‑out to the hotel’s massage therapist – very skilled and courteous, totally relaxed me. The location is great for the beach and shops, but there’s a nearby bar that stays open until 11 pm with loud music, which can be a bit disruptive.
