“Eigentlich gut, aber schmutzig”

I found the place easy to get into and it was generally well equipped, even with a fan in the room. When I opened the door I immediately noticed a shoe print on the wall from a dead moth, and the moth itself was still stuck to the wall. Even after the room was supposedly refreshed for the next guest, nothing seemed to be done about it. On top of that, the shower tiles had thick orange, slimy deposits that looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Really disgusting.

The light switches were conveniently located, there were card locks everywhere even at the floor entrance which added to the security, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was pleasant, and the signs were clear. The view included factories, there were times when the shower water temperature changed abruptly, and when we went behind a chair we found someone else's sock.

We liked the location, it was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to rush to check in but couldn't do it for an entire hour. First the screen said the room was still being cleaned, even though cleaning was scheduled from 11 to 15. Then it said our paid room was already occupied and offered another room with two single beds. After an hour we couldn't take it anymore and went to the room. The staff were cleaning there and they had never heard that we had been waiting for an hour, even though support had told them that they had notified the staff and that they were almost finished. The next day we were woken up by a knock on the door, I hadn't even gotten out of bed when a cleaning man walked in and told us we had to leave (even though we still had another night). I explained that it wasn't true, he apologized and left. In the end, different staff members came in three times and told us to leave. Only on the third visit could we explain that we had another night. Each time they didn't knock but used their key. This ruined our stay in Frankfurt. Also on our floor the kitchen was terrible. There were no cutlery and we had to go to another floor to eat properly.

“Sehr enttäuscht”

Zimmet war sauber. Das Bett war sehr enttäuscht. Habe nich nie in meinem Leben so ein ein schlechtes Bett gehabt. Es hat bei jeder Bewegung so stark geknarrt, dass man Angst haben musste es bricht jeden Moment zusammen
