The entrance hall was clean, but I had a USB drive stolen by a staff member, was charged $150 for supposedly dirty sheets, and later was told the sheets were dirty again. She also doubled the deposit fee, claiming I didn’t have the money when I handed it over, and I had to switch rooms three times in six days. She tried to keep the full deposit, was extremely arrogant, and a real fraud.

The spot was great, the check‑in and check‑out were quick, and the place stayed clean. But the breakfast was empty at 9 am, the coffee tasted bad and there were few options; I’d have liked a bowl and utensils to bring up to my room late at night, yet the receptionist refused because she didn’t have a key. The elevator was scary, the coffee machine was broken so I had to plug it elsewhere in the room, and there were missing towels and a soap holder in the shower.
