“Poor room lighting”
The location was convenient. However, room 304 lacked adequate lighting in the bathroom and overall, the room was poorly lit. The fridge was broken, and the coffee machine’s accessories were placed at the bottom of the dresser. When checking out, you must keep a card to exit the garage, otherwise you’re stuck.
“Just want my refund”
I just want my refund. I just want my refund.
“Clean, comfy and convenient… just keep you room key close!”
The hotel was nice and conveniently located. During my first stay, the staff didn’t mention that the key had to be kept until departure from the gate. I checked out at 5 am, left my keys at the front desk, and ended up locked out of both the parking garage and the hotel. I spent 10–15 minutes ringing the bell and knocking on the glass door to find help. A quick “by the way” when I told her it was my first stay would have saved a lot of time and frustration this morning. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful.
“Will stay there for a weekend next time perfect hotel”
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in—so clean, so nice, perfect. Nothing to add.
Everything was nearby and the staff were friendly. They didn’t mention that parking charges apply.
