“This property is incredible and we will definitely come back to visit each time we come to the coast”

Juan and his team were incredibly accommodating, even preparing pineapple and passion‑fruit juice the next day after we mentioned our preferences. The room was amazing, and the whole property felt charming and peaceful—definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to at Mantaraya. No complaints at all; the staff were very helpful.

“Muy confortable pero mejorar en el tiempo de espera para servir la comida, las cortinas y sensor”

Nature, peace, the view and the food were all wonderful, yet the curtains were very sheer, making it hard for those of us not used to such brightness to sleep, and a red sensor in the rooms kept beeping constantly, also disturbing rest. Breakfast was excellent, but when we needed lunch or dinner the service was very slow; on the last day we waited over an hour for our meal, which delayed our departure.

The place itself, its architecture, and the staff’s attentiveness were excellent, as were the food. However, the entrance path has many holes and loose ground; the car slipped a lot (not everyone has a 4x4). It should be paved with stones for stability and better visibility. The atmosphere felt gloomy—no music, and the pool water was cloudy.

The view was stunning, the pool, amenities, and breakfast were very good, but the bed wasn’t that comfortable, the shower was old, and the pillows were also uncomfortable.
