I stayed in a nice room with hearty meals, but twice we were escorted into our room without any explanation, two hours before checkout.

The breakfast was excellent, there were activities for kids, and the room was pleasant.

The food was top‑level, even on a Sunday, and the staff were very helpful, patient, and always smiling and courteous. I must highlight the front desk clerk, Ibrahim, who, after we arrived late at night tired from a three‑hour traffic jam, welcomed us with patience and a smile, arranged transport to our room, and ensured everything was ready. The room was great, fully equipped, with a large bed, comfortable mattress, hair and body products, and we even received a bottle of wine and chocolates as a welcome gift. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. No complaints.

“Lovely place, high class hotel, our 2nd time here and we will definitely come back again.”

Design, relaxed ambient, breakfast, helpfulness of the staff. Lots of mosquitoes at night waiting to enter the room at every door opening. Maybe the hotel can install bug zappers. Also some dead mosquitoes on the walls in the room

“מושלם, חוויה בלתי נשכחת”

We loved every moment at this high‑level hotel – the place is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and spotless, the food is tasty, and there are plenty of activities for kids both inside and out, so overall it was perfect! The only downside was that two women working in the cafeteria were a bit unfriendly, which kept things from being completely flawless.
