Massimo is a very good host who provides a lot of help you might need; he is a nice Italian. The room is kept very clean, tidy, and stylish, so guests can stay with peace of mind. In fact, the distance to the port and the beach is very close, and the evening security is much better than in the city center.

“Great stay, lovely thoughtful touches”

I booked three rooms for our group of six adults and had a great time. The rooms were spotless every day, and we loved the eccentric design touches — a coffee maker and biscuits in the room, a jar of sweets, a bottle of wine to share, ear plugs (we didn’t need them but it was a nice thought). The reception was welcoming and gave clear instructions about our room, the area, and a map of the city on arrival. Even though we’ve been to Naples many times we always find new things to see or do, and we love getting local knowledge too. The location was fantastic, close to the sea and right in the city, so everything was walkable. Loads of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5‑minute walk. The only small thing was the water pressure, but honestly not an issue for us. We’d all stay here again without hesitation.

Massimo was a very nice host. The air‑conditioning worked flawlessly in the hot summer. Nothing was missing. The location was also very quiet and nicely situated.

The spot is spot on, just a stone’s throw from the sea, shops, restaurants, and more. Massimo was super friendly and packed with great suggestions for tours, eateries, and sightseeing.
