We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Every staff member we met—from the front desk to room service and the restaurant team—was very polite, friendly, and helpful, and their hospitality made the trip enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the hot shower was a nice touch after a long day. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were; if a dish wasn’t available, they would order it from a nearby outlet and deliver it directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and all promised facilities were present. Overall, the clean rooms, good food, excellent service, and genuinely kind staff made the experience memorable, and we would gladly stay again. The only downside is that Uber and Ola don’t operate in the area, so you’ll need to arrange a chauffeur or taxi if you plan to go outside the city.
