The breakfast was fine, but the service was terrible and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The photos on the booking site don’t match reality at all; the hotel is old and I would never stay there again. The pictures looked great and new, but the reality is different. Don’t run misleading ads, you should ban this hotel from your site, and I will never book through the hotel’s own site again; if the photos don’t match reality I will file a police report and sue the establishment.
