The location was very convenient for heading into the center or catching a bus to Hanoi. The sheets and pillows were clean, the room was quiet, and it was very pleasant. The security staff were unprofessional at directing parking, and they didn’t help with directions when we backed out. The road in front of the gate was very congested and dangerous.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Lần đầu book dc ksan mà ưng vậy, ksan mới, đẹp, thơm từ sảnh cửa bước lên, gặp 3b lễ tân mà cả 3b đều đáng iu, cần gì cũng nhiệt tình hỗ trợ lun á. Phòng đẹppp, view đẹpp. Lần sau đến TN chắc chắn sẽ qlai🥰
