“Nice but not worth the money.”
For the price per night, I expected a nicer room, but I found bugs and the air conditioner was missing a piece. The room itself wasn’t nice, and the changing rooms could use improvement.

We stayed in one of the Creekside rooms, which was so peaceful by the water and still a short walk to the hot springs. Very quiet and tranquil!

The staff were excellent and the customer service was great, but the sauna sometimes breaks down.

The room was overpriced, run down, and not very clean; the sink drain was clogged. I’d expect a much higher quality for $389 per night. It was our 30‑year anniversary and we hoped for a special treat, but it was far from that. We had a “required” reservation at the restaurant, yet when we arrived another couple without a reservation was given a table right in front of us, and the hostess seated us at a table in the lobby next to the history station. My husband ordered the $70 ribeye, which was a very bad cut, grizzled, and barely edible. We were told the soup was chicken dumpling, but it tasted more like a thin chicken broth. We complained politely to our waitress and she promised to discount our bill, but she only gave us a 10% reduction. Save your money. Stay at a Best Western for half the price, use the hot tub, close your eyes and pretend you’re in the hot springs, then take a nice hike in the mountains…for free.
