The hotel sits close to the station and the first floor opens straight onto LAWSON, which is super convenient. The TV’s status display is easy to read. The room felt a bit cramped; folding two large suitcases was a challenge.

Because my 2‑year‑old loves buses, I chose a corner room overlooking the bus terminal and it was perfect. The child could watch buses through the window, but the window seal had a slightly moldy‑looking black stain that bothered me. Also, the blinds were a safety hazard for the kid, so I had to raise a cord to keep them out of reach.

The location, cleanliness, and facilities are all good. The only drawback is that the rooms are small, which is typical for Japan.

The spot is great, just behind Hakata Station, making it easy to get around Fukuoka and nearby areas. The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. The onsen was large and very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A Lawson store inside the hotel is handy in the evenings. The price is on the high side and the room is a bit small.

Besides having a big onsen, there isn’t much to like; I wish I’d researched more before booking. The rooms are very tight, and having Korean staff is a plus, but they’re only present once a day every three days, which is disappointing. I doubt I’d pay that price to stay there again.
