Hotel Astoria, a 4‑star gem in Serfaus’s heart, sits 800 m from Alpkopfbahn and Komperdellbahn cable cars. Its spa boasts a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation rooms year‑round, plus a Bio sauna and steam bath in winter. Rooms feature balconies, flat‑screen TVs, and ensuite baths. The on‑site restaurant serves Tyrolean and international dishes with fine wines.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Serfaus, and its family‑friendly vibe made us want to come back again. The central location is a real plus, and the staff feel like locals who care.

Pruma was a solid choice for our stay. The place had everything we needed and the staff were helpful.

The breakfast was decent, though the service lagged a bit—no ham for ten minutes and the staff felt a bit robotic. The rooms were nice, the spa and sauna were great, and the new bathroom was a highlight. A few small shampoo bottles were still missing after two days, which was a bit annoying.

The fruit at breakfast was top quality, and overall the standard was solid. The sauna is big enough, and the location is unbeatable. We’d love more variety on the breakfast menu, and a nicer lobby would round it out.

Breakfast and dinner were both tasty, and the hotel’s spot is fantastic—parking right in front is a huge plus. We did miss the napkins at breakfast, but that’s a minor gripe.
