The family suite Mickey was a perfect fit for us and our two kids, offering plenty of space, tasteful décor and very comfy beds. Every meal impressed us, from the breakfast with the best soft‑boiled eggs we’ve ever tasted, to the tasty lunch, the snack break and a dinner that felt five‑star. The staff were unbeatable – big thanks to Nicki, Dirk, Bea, Norbert and the many others who were always friendly and attentive. Anyone traveling to Tirol with children should definitely choose this hotel; we would have loved to stay longer. We missed having a coffee or tea maker in the room, which feels like a basic expectation today. The Wi‑Fi was often weak in the room and sometimes disappeared for long periods, which made it hard for us as freelancers who needed to work a little while on vacation.
