I always stay at the hotel, but this is a third‑floor room, so they change some things in the room, the TV is quite old, I had trouble turning it on. Breakfast is not included. The room is clean, the duvet is very warm, a kettle is available.

I arrived at 03:00 AM and the hotel couldn't find my pre‑paid reservation, so they denied me the room. After 30 minutes I had to pay again just to sleep, ending up paying twice for the same room. When I asked for a refund they refused, saying they had notified the hotel and that I had to resolve it with them. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it.

The staff were friendly, but I booked through Booking and discovered upon arrival that my room number belonged to a different owner, not the hotel, which was very disappointing.
