The staff were helpful, the food tasty, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

This place is a total mess. I don't even know how it's still operating as a hotel. Everything about it is just bad - it's abandoned, run-down, and doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. I don't have much else to say, it was just a really poor experience.

“Nunca mais irei lá”

I had a really bad experience at Hotel Fazenda Cachoeiras de Cavaru. I'd confirmed my booking, but when I arrived, the supervisor told me they weren't working with the booking platform anymore and there was a lawsuit going on. He initially refused to let me check in, only relenting when he saw I was with a 3-year-old. The room they gave me was way below what I'd paid for - it had mold, exposed wiring, and other maintenance issues that made it unsafe, especially for kids.

I had some good times at this hotel, the recreation activities were great and there were some nice touches like bathtubs in some rooms. The beds were comfy too. But, the all-inclusive setup was a bit of a disaster. The restaurant was too small for the number of guests and there were long delays for food, people couldn't sit down, and some items ran out before everyone could eat.
