We stayed in the penthouse, so there was plenty of space. It was tired and needed a facelift; the bathroom was dirty. Decaf coffee was not available.

The staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived early in the day (noon) and expected to drop our luggage, then head out to explore, but the room was ready and they happily let us in. Bonus! The location was perfect—just blocks from the train/subway as advertised. The continental breakfast was exceptional: eggs and French toast made to order, plus fruit, yogurt, toast, pastries, coffee and tea. We left each morning well fortified for our daily adventures. 10/10 experience! Nothing negative, everything was great.

The location was good, close to VGH. To get fresh air, I opened the windows which are at ground level, and I wondered about security.
