The room was very nice and clean, everything I needed was there. It was a bit farther from the old town, but very quiet. The host was very friendly, attentive and nice. Best recommendations! THANK YOU.

The hospitality here really hits the mark! Annamaria welcomed us warmly into her cozy family home, just about fifteen minutes from PISE, authentic as ever, and with all the necessary comforts: a spacious, clean, bright, and comfy room, an elegant and snug bathroom, a superb homemade breakfast, and secure parking perfect for our motorcycle. All that, plus the host’s availability and friendliness! It feels like family here. If you’re passing through the PISE area, drop by—you won’t regret it! Thanks for everything, Annamaria. By the way, the excellent pizzeria is only 30 metres away.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and parking was right outside the door. Annamaria was a very lovely lady; unfortunately, she spoke absolutely no English, so communication was a bit of a struggle. Nevertheless, she tried her best to accommodate all our needs. Fantastic pizza was just behind the corner. Breakfast only offered sweet options and could have been more substantial; a single croissant is really not enough for a man, so I had to supplement it with the available panettone. The hostess notes that the breakfast is typically Italian rather than a standard hotel breakfast, but I don't believe Italians eat nothing else for breakfast only a croissant every day. The shower hose in the bathroom has seen better days and definitely needs replacing. Sometimes, little things spoil the overall impression.
