The location and host were awesome, the stay was pet‑friendly with plenty to do nearby, and the pool looked inviting even though we didn’t use it; a decor update would help, and the A/C might struggle if it got hotter.

The owner was fantastic, and the room was huge and comfy, with a great jacuzzi and fireplace. The shower, however, had no heat and was freezing, and the sliding glass door in the bedroom let in cold air from the deck, making it hard to raise the heat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The location is ideal, just outside the downtown area of Barnstable and close to waterfront restaurants and the Hyannis Whale Watch spot. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely peaceful pool. I've had the pleasure of staying here twice now, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Cape Cod.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a wonderful location in West Barnstable that offered a great combination of peace and quiet, and easy access to the main street with its market, shops, and restaurants. The scenery to the beaches was stunning, and the customer service was top-notch, with the owner and housekeeper going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
