I found items left by a previous guest, the toothbrush box was open, and the bathroom lacked the cleanliness sticker. I reported it to reception up to three times.

The AC Hotel Madrid Feria, a modern hotel, is located 5 minutes' drive from Madrid's Campo de las Naciones, with a free shuttle to IFEMA Congress Centre and Palacio Municipal de Congresos on weekdays. Elegant rooms feature parquet floors, smart décor, and flat-screen TVs. A 24-hour fitness centre, AC Lounge serving Spanish and international cuisine, and proximity to Barajas Airport and M-40 Motorway make it ideal.

The room was very clean, had a shower in the bathroom, a comfortable and large bed, and the bonus of making coffee in the room; it was quiet, yet the breakfast staff didn’t speak English.

I liked the location if you want to stay close to the airport; the room was spacious and comfortable, but the restaurant service was poor because you had to wait a long time to be attended.
