“Séjour très agréable hors du temps.”
The real highlight was the change of scenery—truly a remote spot. However, getting onto the boat would need a bridge, which is too risky for some passengers.

The change was great, but it wasn’t suitable for our group of 60‑year‑old adults, though I recommend it to younger people.

I loved the boats on the canal, but the owners were missing and the neighbors kept watching us, even up to the boat's edge, which felt like intrusive voyeurism. Trust was totally gone, and we couldn't sunbathe. The owner only called to remind us to leave before 10 am, even though check‑in starts at 5 pm, so the rental was only 16 hours, not 24. The TV had no remote, and we left the boat tidy around 11:30 am without seeing anyone. Tourism is a skill; otherwise, stay a mechanic.

The boat had plenty for kids during those two unusual nights, but some equipment looked worn and the kitchen and utensils weren't clean enough; we had to wash a lot of dishes before using them.

The stay was unique and by the canal, but the city center was far away and the toilet was an issue.
