The property is stunning and far exceeds our expectations; the facilities are ideal for a tranquil stay. The pool is gorgeous, offering a fantastic view of the sea, and the bar and restaurant are equally enjoyable. A special shout‑out to the front‑desk gentleman, who was exceptionally kind. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, but the woman at the front desk was never good. My friend was ill and we waited in the lobby for an hour; she complained constantly and called her manager, but the response was unsatisfactory. The man who worked in the morning, however, was helpful and friendly.

The pool is good. There are no fluffy blankets; the blankets are thin and dirty, and they only bring one if you request it. If you don’t ask, you’re left with a sheet. When I asked for towels at reception, they said I had to pick them up myself because nobody would bring them. I never heard of a hotel that couldn’t send towels to a guest who asked for them.

The staff were very friendly. The hilltop location over the city complemented the exceptionally beautiful pool area, and the breakfast menu was very good; reception and towel rental were hassle‑free. The tiles in the bathroom were poorly made and broken, so black mold had already formed above the shower basin. The silicone that had been improperly applied over it then seeped, with mold, into the basin while showering, and even the most diligent cleaning staff couldn’t fix it. Otherwise everything was clean and the staff were friendly.
